Lilly Lewis Hats

I did a wonderful photo shoot with the VERY talented Candee Photography, modelling a few of Lilly Lewis’ fine creations. From showgirl chic to Ascot ready, we had a superb time in the studio! I don’t get to do my dramatic 1930’s makeup that often, so reveled in the chance to test out my basic skills for the film noir era.

Here are some of the images I have managed to work on so far. All effects and backgrounds (yes, even Metropolis!) have been created from scratch by myself and balance Candee’s wonderful camera skills.

Heyday Online’s New Spring Range for 2013!

It’s what sooooo many of us have been waiting for! Shona at Heyday Online has been working tirelessly to bring some new lines into her fabulous collection for 2013. PaPa Mew took some lovely shots in the garden and Candee Photography and I did a wonderful shoot just before Christmas. Mr Mew and I took some snaps this January for the men’s line too!

Halloween 2012

With so much preparation, I can hardly believe it is all over (although slightly glad that I can have a vaguely clean house before the Christmas decorations go up!).

This year was so much fun thanks to visiting friends AND trying pumpkin engraving for the first time and loving the effect. We went mad decorating the cottage and it looked amazing. Here are some photos of our best bits, costumes and decorations!

Kitten von Mew’s 2013 Pinup Calendar!

As some of you may know, I have been working on a 2013 pinup calendar, which will be released late May! Due to the last calendar being so popular (thank you so much for your support!) and selling out before Christmas, I wanted to find out whether anyone would like to pre-order their copy. You will receive yours hot off the press!

The format will be much like the 2011 version – A3, metal spiral bound and you can frame the pictures afterwards!

I have been working with the amazing Candee of Candee Photography to create this extra special, limited edition calendar and we are so excited about it! My friend Neil Howard (Puffer Nutter Extraordinaire) has done an absolutely stirling job with helping us organise shooting locations we would have completely overlooked or not been allowed into under normal circumstances too!

Some images (like the one above) from our shoots have been released, but we aren’t releasing any more until the calendar is ready!

So if you would like to pre-order your 2013 Kitten von Mew calendar, get in touch at kvm@email.com with the email heading ‘CALENDAR’ with the quantity and an address and I will keep your details until they are released! If you would like a signed copy, remember to let me have a name or message you want putting on the front!
